Frantoio Terre di Capalbio

The oil-mill “Terre di Capalbio” rises in the southern most part of Tuscany’s Maremma area.

Here the just collected olives and worked only with traditional methods, olives are collected in the surrounding areas, in the nearby towns up to Monte Argentario.

The oil is obtained only by cold-worked extraction, with only mechanical procedures to guarantee the genuineness and high quality of the product through a technologically advanced system capable of controlling every stage of the production process.

The wide range of products offer is able to satisfy even the most demanding consumer.

 

Olives Processing

Our oil is produced only with first quality olives, grown with traditional methods in the surrounding area to the oil-mill which, thanks to special processing immediately after harvesting, ensures the lowest content of acidity obtainable.

Our plant, thanks to the particular shape of the kneading, guarantees intense oil perfumes. The cloudy appearance of the obtained oil, even after filtering, is due to the true cold working of the olives.

In addition to conventional production we can even produce with biological cycle for those olives coming from certified organic agriculture.
